Equipment Needed:

Ideally you will have access to basic lifting equipment. Bar with at least 180#'s of weight. Plyo or Step Up Box. Sand Bag 50#. Ruck. Pull Up Bar. Bench. Dumbbells.

Minimalist program can be done in austiere settings with DIY Equipment. Sandbag, Pull Up Bar, Ruck and Heavy Objects.
